This freeware tool allows you to extract login and password information stored in any FTP client software, like FileZilla, CuteFTP, FTPExpert etc.
You can also extract email passwords from email software like Outlook Express.
All you need is Java 1.6 (or more) installed on your computer.

FTP & Mail Password Recovery acts like an FTP and a mail server on your computer. Launch it, tell your software to connect to this fake server, and it will intercept and display all authentication information.

1. Download and launch FTP & Mail Password Recovery.
2. Launch your FTP or mail client.
3. Edit your site or account configuration, and set the server to localhost . If you use secured authentication, change the server type to simple FTP or uncheck the "secured authentication" checkbox in your mail account properties.
4. Connect to your FTP site or try to get your mail. Then you can see your user name and password in the FTP & Mail Password Recovery window.

This is a fake server, no file or mail is actually tranferred.

You can open the jar file and it will run immediately, or download it and then double-click it to run it later.
